Here's a quick guide to redeeming your points.

ACCUMULATING POINTS

1. 1 bonus point will be awarded for every S$1 spent on AKIRA consumer products (purchases made from 1st June 2004 onwards).
2. To accumulate bonus points, please send back a duplicate of your receipt and indicate your IC No. / Passport No. AND the Warranty Card Number via Email / Post.

POINTS DESCRIPTION

1. Bonus points - This refers to the number of points that you have accumulated to-date.
2. Points on hold - This refers to the number of points that are on hold while your redemption request is being processed
3. Redeemable points - This refers to the number of points available for redemption.

REDEMPTION

1. Click on "Gift Redemption" on the right navigation bar.
2. You can view the list of redeemable gifts by category or by points.
3. Key in the quantity for the item that you want and click "Add to Cart".
4. Click on "Check Out" and a summary list of items that you are about to redeeem will appear.
5. Click on "Redeem Gifts" to proceed.
6. We will be processing your requests within 7 working days. Please note that redeemable items are subject to stock availability & we reserve the right to substitute the product of a similar value.
